By accessing pdfmyhtml.com ("Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service provides API-based HTML and URL to PDF conversion.

Merchant of Record

All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle.com Inc. (USA) or Paddle.com Market Limited (UK/EU) processes payments on behalf of pdfmyhtml.

1. Service Usage

• Credits are required for conversions (1 credit = 1 conversion)
• Free tier: 50 credits/month
• Paid plans: Credits as specified in pricing
• You are responsible for your API key security

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the Service

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

• Payments processed securely via Paddle.com
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid next charge
• Credits reset monthly at renewal (no rollover unless specified)
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period

4. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Limitation of Liability

pdfmyhtml is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Data Collection

We collect:

• Email address (for account creation)
• Payment information (processed by Paddle, not stored by us)
• API usage logs (for billing and abuse prevention)

Data Usage

Your data is used to:

• Provide the Service
• Process payments
• Send service-related notifications

Data Storage

• PDFs stored temporarily on AWS S3 (7 days)
• Account data stored securely in our database
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

Your Rights

You may delete your account at any time. Contact stefano.tortone@ai-cba.com for data deletion requests.

EU/UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for any reason.

• This right applies BEFORE you use any credits
• Once you use credits, this right is waived (digital service consumed)
• To cancel: Email stefano.tortone@ai-cba.com within 14 days
• Refunds processed within 14 days via original payment method

General Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for used credits. Once credits are consumed for conversions, they cannot be refunded.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing stefano.tortone@ai-cba.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
